I’ve always had a deep desire to be an author. I’ve always been a book nerd, and I’ve always enjoyed writing. When I was a freshman in college, I was obsessed with The Hunger Games trilogy. I’ve never been able to get enough of these books. When I was in my twenties, I became interested in self-help, particularly the idea of positive psychology.

What other books have been written about using positive psychology? When I started writing The Hunger Games, I began to question the notion that this stuff is really good for you and for me. I read a lot of books about positive psychology, and it quickly became my passion. In fact, I first started reading a lot of those books when I was a kid, and I never found them in the same place as me.

The problem is that positive psychology is a very broad term and can be very hard to define. For example, I don’t think the phrase “positive psychology” has ever been applied to a book written by a single person. What I mean by this is that when I read positive psychology books and articles, I don’t see positive psychology as a movement per se. Rather, I see it as a series of ideas that can be applied to any aspect of life.
